Our client is an established property management business delivering a wide variety of property based solutions to their clients. One of their key services is in the business rates mitigation sector, specifically with void properties. They now offer a unique online portal designed to save time and money for letting agents and landlords, ensuring that all of their properties remain fully compliant with their certificaitons at all times.
In order to continue their rapid growth, we are looking for either an experienced Business Development Manager in this sector or a highly motivated, willing to learn, Business Development Executive, with a genuine interest in the property sector.
- Identifying suitable clients in North London and the South of England
- Introducing and selling unique software solutions to landlords / letting agents – either by cold calling or in-person visits.
- Generating your own pipeline of business.
- Winning new business and building relationships, which in turn will expand your network and lead to referalls.
- Suitable candidates will have B2B sales experience, ideally within the property sector and / or software sales. Our client would also consider someone with B2B sales in a different sector, or currently selling a different type of technology to this market.
