In order to increase digital adoption and engagement, both internally and with external customers, our client is creating a new team of Digital Champions across the whole of the UK. The key responsibilities will be to work with colleagues internally, training them on how the new digital roadmap will have a positive impact on both them and their customers.
The ideal candidates will have experience of training and coaching colleagues, demonstrating how new processes work and how new technology can ease their busy workload, without detracting from the relationships that they have built with their regular customers.
Candidates who have a solid understanding of software or digital tools would obviously be welcomed but more importantly, applications from candidates who can show real success in coaching, mentoring and training their colleagues in areas including customer service would definitely be considered.
The role will be based remotely but you will spend a significant amount of your time visiting stores and interacting with your colleagues face to face, or via online meetings. You will also interact with trade customers, helping them to adopt and understand the new technologies available to help them with ordering, invoicing and making payments.
