About the Company

Our client is a family owned food manufacturer, who has been delivering high quality, innovative branded and own label products for over 100 years. Following a recent re-brand, their products are in a significant growth curve whilst many of their competitors are showing a year-on-year decline in sales.

 

Although they are viewed as a challenger brand it is clear that their product innovation, approach to sustainability (including recyclable packaging) and quality as well as addressing the needs of retailers and consumers will see their growth continue for many years to come.

 

At the heart of this growth is a team of people with a true desire to innovate and deliver exciting new products. In order to maintain the delivery of their ambitious growth targets, we are recruiting two National Account Managers, one to manage a portfolio of Major Multiples / Grocery accounts and one to look after a portfolio of Foodservice clients.

 

What we are looking for:

Skills and experience are essential but so is attitude. As a family owned business, it is imperative that you are able to demonstrate collaborative working, vision and tenacity. This is a business where everyone needs to exhibit skills outside their core responsibilities and be willing to bring new and fresh ideas to the table, with an ability to translate complex data in to a “so what” story that is relevant to the business and also the customers that you are dealing with.

 

The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate:

  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a team

  • Numerically literate & competent at Excel-based analysis

  • Can demonstrate family values in everything that you do
