Our client are looking for a driven, dynamic, charismatic and motivated individual to become part of their unique direct to customer sales team based in their Manchester showroom.
This role does not involve any cold-calling – the majority of this role is sitting pre-booked virtual appointments, demonstrating the different product features our client offer and using your product knowledge to advise on what would best suit each customers’ needs.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Sit virtual appointments with leads
- Maintaining the exceptional customer service throughout the customer’s journey, driving growth while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers via a variety of platforms
- Contacting leads to present products while converting leads to sales
- Attending exhibitions to raise awareness of products and maximise sales opportunities
- Completing and submitting order forms for processing
Previous sales experience is desirable but not required.
