We offer a three tier referral scheme for successful permanent placements as follows:
For your first referral leading to a successful placement we will pay you £250.00
For your second referral leading to a successful placement we will pay you £500.00
For your third referral leading to a successful placement we will pay you £750.00
Terms & Conditions
A Successful Placement is one where the candidate you refer is offered, starts and completes their probation period in a new position via JS3 Recruitment. Payment of referral fees is made after the candidate completes their probation and their new employer has paid their invoice. To qualify for second and third referral fees these must be within a 12 month period from the first referral. Other terms and conditions may apply and will be advised on a per case basis.
